As the Early Talent Recruiting Manager (Campus Recruiting Manager) you will help build a pipeline of high-potential talent through our undergraduate and MBA intern programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will oversee a team of campus recruiters and a coordinator, managing end-to-end talent acquisition for early career roles, and partner with leaders and internal teams to lead the talent strategy. You will have the opportunity to develop and grow within our HR organization.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:
You will lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters, aligning with our values and recruiting goals. Foster collaboration, and professional growth within the teamProgram Management:
You'll oversee the design, execution, and enhancement of undergraduate and MBA intern programs, including setting program goals, managing budgets, and evaluating success metricsStakeholder Influence & Communication:
You will partner with leadership teams, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and other key stakeholders to ensure agreement and communication on expectations and deliverables for all early career programsProcess Development and Improvement:
You'll establish and refine campus recruiting processes to improve candidate experience, hiring efficiency, and engagement with educational institutions. Assess processes to provide a streamlined and effective experience for all involvedStrategic Recruiting & Sourcing:
You will develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent from different backgrounds. Leverage partnerships, social media, and recruitment events to build a robust talent pipelineKPI Tracking and Reporting:
You will track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline development, and event ROI. Use data insights to improve campus recruiting strategies and optimize program outcomesUniversity Relations and Campus Event Management:
You'll be the primary liaison with universities, career centers, and academic partners. Plan and attend campus events, including career fairs, workshops, and presentations, to represent our brand and mission. You will travel to key campuses nationwideTeam Development:
You're a collaborator, working with the TA Leader to create development paths for the Early Talent team members.Employee Onboarding & Engagement:
You'll work with the talent management team to cultivate a supportive onboarding culture that enhances the intern experience and aligns with our broader employee engagement strategyCalendar & Budget Management:
You will manage the recruiting forecast, events calendar, and program budget to ensure agreement on organizational goals. Partner with TA leader to plan and optimize budget allocationsEmployer Branding & Marketing Strategy:
You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute an employer branding and marketing strategy for the Early Careers Program, ensuring our programs attract top talent and reflect our brand's valuesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, focusing on early career or campus recruiting with at least 3 years managing a teamExperience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS, ideally Workday), Candidate Relationship Management tool (CRM, ideally Phenom) and HandshakeExperience influencing and collaborating with senior leadersDemonstrated expertise in managing full life-cycle recruitment, campus events, and large-scale recruitment projectsExperience in KPI tracking, data analysis, and reporting to drive continuous improvementProgram management and budget management skillsUp to 30% travel to key campuses and represent the company at national recruiting events in the fall and spring; day travel between Chicago and Omaha to meet with internal stakeholders on a regular basisAt this time, we require applicants for this role to be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.Number of Days in Office: 3Relocation assistance is available for this position. The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employees actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees equity.
