In this role, you'll proactively manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations while supporting exciting ventures like speaking engagements and investment projects. On any given day, you might find yourself:
• Delivering top-tier, concierge-level service to our clients that we are known for • Drafting and managing our team's listings with meticulous attention to detail • Coordinating incoming offers and preparing counter-offers • Collaborating closely with our transaction coordinator • Acting as the point person for various third parties and vendors • Briefing your lead agent on upcoming meetings and providing necessary materials • Assisting the Showing Specialist with scheduling showings, inspections, offer management, and follow-ups with agents and buyers as needed • Assisting with preparation for speaking engagements • Supporting the exploration and management of new investment opportunities
In addition to real estate-specific tasks, you'll take on key Executive Assistant duties:
• Managing your lead agent's email inbox and calendar • Ensuring your lead agent is fully prepared for all appointments • Handling correspondence and scheduling on behalf of your lead agent Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience assisting a real estate agent or team • A valid CA real estate license is required • Proficiency in Outlook, Google Suite, MLS, Dotloop, DocuSign, and CRM platforms • Experience with Trello, FlowDesk, and/or Kajabi is a plus Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 yearly
