About the Role
You'll be the right hand for the lead agent, anticipating needs and managing a variety of tasks with precision. You'll handle everything from scheduling and coordinating vendors to managing client interactions and supporting transaction workflows. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of duties designed to keep the business running efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include•Providing concierge-level service to clients•Collaborating with the transaction coordinator to ensure smooth transactions•Drafting and managing listings, offers, and counter-offers•Acting as the primary contact for third parties and vendors•Managing the database and overseeing the sales pipeline•Preparing materials for appointments and managing your lead agent's email and calendar
In addition to real estate-specific tasks, you'll support the lead agent with executive assistant duties:
•Handling email inbox and scheduling•Managing correspondence and keeping your lead agent prepared for all appointments
Qualifications
Qualifications•2+ years of experience supporting a real estate agent or team•FL real estate license preferred•Proficiency with Outlook, Google Suite, MLS, DocuSign, CRM platforms, and project management software
