Senior Staff Accountant

Chiyoda USA, a leading plastic injection molding company and tier-one automotive supplier, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, particularly within a manufacturing environment, and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This role involves managing general ledger activities, supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, supporting audits, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. The Senior Staff Accountant will also play a key role in maintaining internal controls and driving process improvements.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years' experience with at least two years in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.Experience with Cost accounting and inventory management in a manufacturing environment.Excellent analytical experience and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
