Job Title: Custom Panel Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Custom Panel Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will work on the floor assembling custom curved wall panels used in various industries such as football stadiums, corporate buildings, and large churches. The role involves pre-assembling products, bending metal with machines, and utilizing screw guns to place screws into the assemblies. This is primarily an independent role that requires the ability to read work instructions and handle materials safely.
Responsibilities
Assemble custom curved wall panels using work instructions.
Bend metal with machines as required.
Move various types of metal (15-20 lbs) throughout the production floor.
Utilize a screw gun to place screws into assemblies.
Move completed assemblies (50-75 lbs) with the help of a team member or forklift for heavier items.
Assist in building skids as needed.
Essential Skills
Mechanical assembly experience.
Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16 inch.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Carpentry or assembly line experience.
Ability to read blueprints.

Work Environment

All machines are large, custom-made fabrication machines. The dress code includes jeans, a t-shirt, and leather shoes. You will work alongside 5-6 team members in the facility.
