Account Manager, Account Services GSA/Civilian
to join its team, focused on providing account management of AbilityOne assigned NPAs and associated projects. Increase employment opportunities by ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Develop and expand existing opportunities. Promote the AbilityOne Program and assist NPAs in maintaining program and statutory compliance. Maintain knowledge of the AbilityOne Program to include assistance in federal contracting, price development, and coordination of business operations and processes to ensure timely delivery of quality products/services.
This position helps connect our network of over 575 Non-Profit agencies with federal procurement opportunities across the United States! Our network of Non-Profit Agencies (NPAs) perform service and product contracts mainly for Federal agencies and help employ over 33,000+ people with disabilities nationally.
Due to the job requirements - The ideal candidate must be based in the South region from one of the following states: Upper Mid-West, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

As an
Account Manager, Account Services GSA/Civilian , your work functions will include but are not limited to the following. A full position description will be given to candidates at the time of the interview.
Customer Relationships and Account Growth
Oversee all assigned customer account activities as detailed in the standard operating procedures.
Strengthen the AbilityOne program, either through preservation of existing contracts or developing product/service expansions resulting in sustained increases in jobs and sales.
Procurement List.
Market the AbilityOne Program by supporting/conducting presentations/briefings to Procuring & Service Provider Activities and coordinate/participate in marketing events.
Budget Oversight
Exercise financial stewardship with company resources.
AbilityOne Program Support
Account management of assigned AbilityOne NPAs and/or associated projects. Examples include coordinating all activities with stakeholders, monitor the status of open actions and files.
Project and Performance Management
Provide SME support regarding AbilityOne Program, pricing, FAR, and relationship management.
Monitor contract performance through frequent, meaningful engagement, including interactions, conducting site visits, attending performance meetings, quality assessment, and coordinating technical assistance.
Other responsibilities will be assigned as organizational needs arise.
Business travel is required for this position based on business need.
Salary Range
The salary for this position falls in a range between $80,000- $95,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
5 years of relevant work experience federal contracting, federal billing, federal procurement process, federal supply schedule, customer support, account management or similar.
Understand the technical requirements of our customers and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of product pricing.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution.
7+ years of relevant work experience in federal contracts management.
Knowledge of SourceAmerica and the AbilityOne Program.
Experience in networking, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to relate the strategy to operational plans.
Able to work with minimal oversight and supervision while getting results and managing the book of business.
Knowledge of the Federal acquisition process and procedures include the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFAR), JWOD Act, and AbilityOne policies and procedures.
Ability to facilitate discussions with diverse points of view; and apply good judgment to situations without perfect information.
We use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) as our primary business application system for much of our office processes- experience with D365 or using similar methods is preferred.
Work Environment
Our organization offers both a hybrid work model-where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek-as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements.
