Job Description
Data quality analysts monitor the quality of data from RB Global organizations make informed decisions. The Data Quality Analyst will examine complex data to optimize the efficiency and quality of the data being collected, resolve data quality problems, and collaborate with database developers to improve systems and database designs.
Responsibilities
Maintains the quality of the company's enterprise customer data by identifying, comparing, deduplicating, and resolving data quality problemsMonitor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) user activity for customer account creation and maintenance to ensure adherence to data quality standardsIdentify areas of improvement to achieve data qualityDevelop and execute data cleanup measuresDetermine the root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutionsDevelop process improvements to enhance overall data qualityCreate and maintain data quality process documentationMaintain and keep the integrity of the Sales Territories SystemMaintain the returned mail processTest new CRM and user interface application enhancements for acceptanceProvide input to enhance CRM data quality and user acceptancePerform other duties as assignedQualifications
At least 1-3 year's experience in a related role or industryThorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Word and ExcelConscientious with a high degree of attention to detailExceptional verbal and written communication skills in EnglishGood organizational, time management, and task prioritization skillsAbility to follow instructionsDemonstrated ability to make sound decisions based on available informationExcellent research skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate instructions and concepts in a user-friendly mannerTypical Business office Environment
