Join our team as the CRM Database Administrator and play a key role in shaping the student experience by ensuring the seamless operation and integrity of our Salesforce CRM system. You’ll work alongside a collaborative systemwide CRM team, supporting Alaska’s institutions to maximize the impact of Salesforce tools like EnrollmentRx and EventsRx. In this role, you’ll oversee essential system upgrades, testing, and security, ensuring functionality across the University of Alaska.This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how students, staff, and stakeholders interact with university data. You’ll keep our CRM current through continuous learning, training, and process improvement, playing a vital role in fostering data-driven decisions across Alaska's university system.If you're an organized, tech-savvy professional passionate about data quality and user support, we’d love to hear from you!To thrive in this role, you should have experience with the Salesforce CRM object model and automation methods, along with familiarity with higher education policies, procedures, data structures, and reporting needs. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with careful attention to detail. You should be comfortable presenting information to diverse audiences and adept at collaborating with both technical and non-technical staff to solve complex problems.The role requires the ability to work independently and to recognize when to seek guidance, ensuring projects remain on schedule. Experience with systems like Banner, Salesforce, or OnBase is a plus. You must be able to work effectively under deadline pressure, exhibit strong interpersonal skills and customer service standards, and lead and contribute positively within a team environment. Proficiency in verbal and written communication, along with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to instructions, are also key to success in this position.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or three years experience managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or equivalent software.Excellent computer skills and proficiency with the use of Salesforce, Banner, Microsoft Office Suite, basic SQL and reporting tools.Position Details:This is a full-time, exempt staff position complete with both a competitive salary and
