Labor and employment experience is considered a plus.Duties:Conducting legal research on electronic discovery issues and case law.Managing all aspects of the eDiscovery process, including data collection, processing, and production.Collaborating with legal teams to develop and implement eDiscovery strategies.Draft and file legal documents related to eDiscovery in court.Providing guidance on best practices for preserving and collecting electronically stored information (ESI).Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the State Bar.3-5 years of experience in eDiscovery.Strong understanding of electronic discovery rules and procedures.Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools and software.Skills:Excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills.Knowledge of labor and employment law (preferred).Strong research and analytical skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
