eDiscovery Associate Attorney

A law firm in Walnut Creek is currently seeking a qualified and experienced eDiscovery Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess relevant industry affiliations and demonstrate excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills. Labor and employment experience would be considered a plus. As an eDiscovery Associate Attorney, the candidate will be responsible for managing electronic discovery processes, ensuring legal compliance, and providing support in various legal matters. The role requires a strong understanding of eDiscovery procedures, litigation processes, and relevant industry standards.Duties:Conducting legal research and analysis related to eDiscovery matters.Managing and overseeing electronic discovery processes and workflows.Collaborating with legal teams to develop strategies for eDiscovery in litigation cases.Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including discovery requests and responses.Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in eDiscovery.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the State Bar.3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery.Strong knowledge of eDiscovery tools and technologies.Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus.Skills:Excellent counseling and communication skills.Strong legal research and analytical abilities.Hands-on experience with eDiscovery tools and platforms.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
