At Live Nation Entertainment, our people embrace these qualities, so if this sounds like you then please read on!WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOWork broadly with the GR team to engage internal and external stakeholders, for the purpose of building relationships which help shape policy and legislation on behalf of the company, and the live entertainment industry as a whole.Plan and execute strategic engagements collaborating closely with LNE colleagues and elected officials.Represent the company at political and third-party policy organization meetings (NCSL, AGA, etc.)Lead on the composition, consolidation, editing of complex written materials (e.g., briefing docs, letters, talking points, etc.).Develop cross-functional partnerships and relationships with executives’ teams to create meaningful agendas for engagements and ensure the appropriate internal participants are included.Partner and support externally facing strategic outreach efforts (e.g., campaigns, in-region executive visits, roadshows,
etc.). Contribute
to development of outreach strategies.Provide administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and event planning for the GR team.Assist with state government relations, as necessary.Update and track projects and key metrics. Submit compliance documentation.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING3-5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or a related field, with a demonstrated understanding of legislative and regulatory processes.Experience in project management and working on Capitol Hill or State Legislature is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in technical troubleshooting.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Demonstrated ability to take initiative, adapt to feedback, and manage multiple tasks effectively, sometimes under time pressure.30% travelBENEFITS & PERKSOur motto is ‘Taking Care of Our Own’ through 6 pillars of benefits:HEALTH:
