Our client has a requirement for an SAP Data Migration Lead.Start Date:

Concord/Hybrid (2 – 3 days onsite)Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end data conversion activities for the SAP implementation Projects.Work with Functional BPO's and SME's from business for identifying, extracting, cleansing, mapping, verifying and troubleshooting/correcting data sets from legacy systems to SAP. This includes identifying master data matches between the converted system and the target CertainTeed system.Monitor and track progress of Data cleansing activities and support BPO’s and SME’s as required during the Cleansing Process.Define Objectives for each Mock data Loads and monitor the progress of the milestones against the objectives.Work with CTIT team to load the converted data into SAP system.Define the steps for validating the loaded data into SAP System and work with BPO’s and SME’s in validating the data.Record issues observed during data validation and make sure these issues are addressed before subsequent mock data loads.Reporting the Data migration status including Risks, Issues and Challenges with the data migration to the key stakeholders of the Projects.Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:Fluent (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in English.At least 10 years’ experience in SAP Data Migration and Data Analysis.Minimum 4-6 cycles of SAP project implementation experience as Data migration lead.Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Data Lead managing a team to deliver data migration solutions.Extensive exposure to the major SAP modules (SD, FICO, MM, PP).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Ability to travel (~20%).Core Competencies:Must have Data conversion experience in all major master objects (Material, Customer, Vendor, BOM/routing, chart of account, cost centers) as well as transactional (open sales orders, open purchase orders, open inventory, open G/L balances, open production orders…) migrations.Strong understanding of Data Migration Methodologies including identifying, extracting, cleansing, collection, transformation and validation activities.Extensively versed in Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products for data Analysis, Requirement/issues documentation etc.
