Your Opportunity For Impact
As a key player in our team, you’ll take a proactive role in delivering value-driven, solution-based product demonstrations to both prospects and customers. Acting as a liaison for complex and technical services, you’ll help bridge the gap between customer needs and our cutting-edge NetDocuments solutions. By facilitating impactful technical deep dives and driving value-focused conversations, you’ll not only represent our brand but also shape the future of our client relationships. Your work will play a pivotal role in promoting our products and expanding our presence in the legal tech space.
What Your Contributions Will Be
Conduct technical and value-proposition demonstrations of the NetDocuments product suite.Facilitate deep-dive sessions tailored to the specific technical requirements of customers and prospects.Assess and ensure customer needs are met, including identifying opportunities for product customization and modifications.Actively engage with customers and partners to promote NetDocuments solutions and build strong professional relationships.Contribute to other projects and duties as assigned, supporting the broader team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.What You Bring to the Team
2+ years of experience selling SaaS software, ideally to corporate clients.Proven communication proficiency, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Persuasive, with a knack for presenting ideas in a compelling and customer-oriented way.Strong technical aptitude with attention to detail and the ability to perform complex product demonstrations.Problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented focus, demonstrating adaptability and initiative.Experience in selling to the public sector and familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate.Background in the legal technology industry or document and email management systems preferred.Benefits

The compensation range for this position is: $140,300 - $168,300
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
