This full-time position requires strong litigation skills, legal research abilities, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Duties:Handle personal injury and asbestos litigation cases from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research, draft motions, and provide legal advice to clients.Represent clients in court and during settlement negotiations.Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy.Analyze case documentation and prepare legal pleadings.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Requirements:Litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or asbestos-related cases.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Capable of working independently as well as within a collaborative team setting.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Minnesota State Bar.Skills:Strong litigation and case management skills.Effective problem-solving and legal strategy development.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.Strong interpersonal skills for client interactions and negotiations.
