What will I bedoing?
Secure local public and private funds to match federal funds by identifying, establishing, and maintaining local match partners to maximize resources for the childcare needs in collaboration with staff and the Texas Workforce Commission.Make general to complex business process decisions requiring a comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of regulations, policies, procedures, and business practices related to Workforce Solutions; and local match policies, including but not limited to state and federal funds.Development and review of reports to service providers, and local, state, and federal agencies.Organize and upload program files and reports using SharePoint and accurately enter data in required systems.Responding to early childhood quality education requests from childcare stakeholders.Aid in ensuring programs and services are delivered in accordance with the Workforce Board's directive and compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Additional duties as assigned to meet program and Workforce Solutions needs.KeyQualifications
