ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is responsible for the overall administration of the Total Rewards offerings for the Americas region (US, Canada and LATAM). Working in partnership with the America People team, the selected candidate will apply best-in-class approaches aligned with our Reward Philosophy and our ongoing ambitions for attracting and retaining top talent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRun ongoing market analysis and develop recommendations to ensure our compensation programs are competitive within the industryConduct analysis on benefits costs and utilizationResponsible for ongoing and regular data validations between multiple systems to ensure the integrity of people dataResponsible for the administration of salary structures and job evaluations, including grading and benchmarking roles against marketWork collaboratively with the People Team to support job offers, promotions, terminations, etc.Support the annual pay review and short term incentive process, including data preparation and analysisResponsible for ongoing management of the sales compensation plansParticipate in salary surveys and benchmarking studiesEnsure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefitsPartner with Accounting to manage benefits GL accountsSupport annual benefits open enrolment processAssist with integration of Total Rewards plans for mergers and acquisitionsWork collaboratively with the Group Reward Team, as requiredIdentify and recommend process improvementsConduct other people data analysis, as requestedAct as the back-up point person for Total Rewards related inquiriesCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Required
3-5 years experience in Total Rewards analysis, particularly in compensationProficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skillsAbility to analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable insightsStrong critical problem solving and organizational skillsStrong design and execution skills to deliver across regions, functions and business unitsFamiliarity with FLSA requirements and current pay transparency lawsCustomer centric - demonstrated client and service orientation, excellent interpersonal and communication skillsEffective at being flexible, creative, team oriented and results-drivenDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all timesEnthusiastic, energetic, motivated and thoroughly committed to high quality work and resultsDemonstrated passion for continuous learningPreferred
Experience with UKG and/or SAP Success FactorsBilingual (Spanish) with Total Rewards experience in LATAMExperience working within a global, matrixed organization and as a member of a high performing teamEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
