Buffalo, NY . In

this role, you will be an integral part of our operations,

leading a team of 1 Executive Chef and 6 Frontline team members,

and overseeing the Regional Bank's Corporate HQ cafe

and catering. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking work-life balance. The typical schedule is M-F, 6a-3p. What you’ll do: Lead daily food operations, including café dining and catering. Ensure proper execution of catering. Work with our onsite client to achieve company and client financial targets and goals. Develop and maintain high-level client and customer relationships. Motivate, coach, mentor, and develop team. Ensure that Sodexo standards are met, including compliance with company food and physical safety programs. What we are looking for from you: Experience with P&L, A/P processing, inventory management, and financial systems software. Proven track record of managing and developing managers. Willingness to collaborate with management teams. Ability to interact face to face with clients and customers and maintain professionalism regularly.
