Program design:
Assist with creating diverse learning exerpiences across different modalities.Project management:
Create and oversee project plans for training programs, detailing timelines, milestones, required resources, and deliverables. This includes end to end management of extended cohort programs.Logistics coordination:
Manage all logistical elements of training programs, including scheduling, venue selection, technology setup, and materials production.Program communications:
Produce engaging and clear communications to effectively promote programs and initiatives.Facilitation:
Help co-facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.Needs assessment:
Participate in analyzing training needs and evaluating programs.Blended learning solutions:
Support creation of blendedi learning solutions.Subject matter expert engagement:
Research and offer suggestions for new vendors and internal subject matter expertsTrends and developments:
Stay informed on the latest trends in learning and development. Integrate innovative training approaches and identify suitable vendors that match the firm's standards for training quality and relevance.Marketing materials:
Work with stakeholders to manage production of all department marketing materials including department newsletter, regional offerings brochure, skills frameworks, and presentations delivered to leaders and functions.Relationship building:
Build deep relationship that facilitate cross-functional collaboration across functions and practices.All other duties as may be assigned.All members of the firm are expected to participate in our Responsible Business program.QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional development experience requiredBachelor's degree required; Master's degree or certificate in related field preferred (e.g., organizational psychology, leadership development)Experience with project management requiredExperience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environmentDemonstrated ability to work as part of a team and also take initiativeStrong writing and editing skillsStrong interpersonal skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Enthusiasm and desire to pursue a career in learning and developmentAbility to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretionAbility to travel to other offices
HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including one hour for lunch, with overtime as needed for program support.
In Washington, DC, the annualized salary range for this position is $105,000 to $177,800 depending on the candidate's overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm's fringe benefits as they currently exist.
