With a focus on automation, you'll use your scripting skills to streamline processes and manage system operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.You will also be deeply involved in problem-solving, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. Your work will extend to setting up administrator accounts, maintaining detailed system documentation, and managing the installation of essential software.
