Our Talent Acquisition team is looking to add a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who shares a passion for people, a commitment to results, and a relentless drive to make an impact. Our team is responsible for full desk recruitment, exceeding hiring expectations by filling open positions with qualified candidates. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and someone who can take initiative, stay organized, and run with owning the hiring for our non-technical teams.
In This Role Execute the recruiting strategy for our internal teams (technology/IT, customer service, supply chain, planning, and merchandising) Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers to gain understanding of open requisitions and define the hiring strategy Partner and lead weekly meetings with hiring managers to ensure that Talent Acquisition maintains an ongoing understanding of current and future hiring needs to drive recruiting efforts to support them Source, screen, and interview potential candidates Guide candidate through the full cycle recruitment process: interviews, offers, negotiation, and acceptance Work alongside hiring teams with the creation of job descriptions across designated departments Update and maintain data integrity in our internal Applicant Tracking System (Pinpoint) to consistently ensure accurate data and reporting Stay abreast of current recruiting trends, best practices, and sources to find top talent Develop and maintain networks of both active and passive candidates Monitor job boards, career postings, internet employment resources, and employee referrals Support and attend job/career fairs to help generate qualified applicants Support the employee onboarding process including first day communication as needed Manage various side projects that help elevate the Talent Acquisition team Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external hiring laws and regulations Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Other tasks as defined by Management *This position requires onsite presence; no full remote option.
The Ideal Person
8+ years of experience full-cycle recruiting; staffing experience a plus Experience in a fast-paced recruiting setting and ability to handle competing priorities Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging with potential new hires in person Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining an attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
