HR Operations Associate

Compensation: $24-28/hr
Job Summary:The HR Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless HR support across the organization. The individual will focus on process improvements, employee data management, and HRIS maintenance, supporting the HR team with onboarding, offboarding, and employee queries.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing documentation and scheduling training.
Support HRIS implementation and daily maintenance.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and route complex issues as needed.
Prepare and run HR reports on various metrics.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline procedures and enhance employee experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1-2 years of HR or administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay Details:
$24.00 to $28.00 per hour
