The Role and your Impact

The mission of the Art Director at Petite Plume is to elevate the brand's visual identity through original, impactful creative across digital, print, and other brand touch points. This pivotal role shapes the brand's storytelling, ensuring that every element reflects our strategic positioning and unique differentiation.

The ideal candidate will possess a versatile creative skill set, with substantial experience in photoshoot direction, e-commerce web design, and layout and graphic design across all platforms. Their keen eye for detail and design aesthetics will ensure that all creative outputs align seamlessly with the brand's vision.

Create Impactful Brand Campaigns

Concept, plan and execute seasonal campaigns and photoshoots that reflect the brand's visual identity and drive engagement across all touchpoints.

Develop Cohesive Multichannel Design Solutions

Implement seasonal campaign assets into campaign design toolkits, ensuring a seamless and elevated user experience across all channels.

Refine and Elevate Brand Voice and Storytelling

A strong background in storytelling and a keen eye for copy is essential to guide and maintain the brand voice, ensuring it remains consistent, authentic, and elevated.

Foster Creativity and Team Leadership

Strong collaboration skills and effective team management are key, ensuring the candidate can inspire, guide, and bring out the best in their team while maintaining seamless cooperation across the organization.

What Experience You'll Need8+ years of experience in design related field preferably within the fashion and retail industry4+ years of experience in a Senior Design or Art Director role, with demonstrated expertise and active involvement in photoshoot production.4+ years of experience managing internal teams of 2 or more as well as freelancers across disciplines such as design, copywriting, photo, and video editing.Experience with Direct to Consumer brands in the luxury, retail and fashion industry strongly preferred.Experience with all aspects of photoshoot production; mood board and shot list creation, on-set art direction, and oversight of post production processes such as retouching, video editing and asset management.Minimum Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design or Related Field.Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge, Lightroom).Experience using Figma a plus.What Will Make You Successful
