upon arrival, providing a friendly and helpful attitude.Assist guests with luggage , including loading and unloading from vehicles and transporting to guest rooms.Escort guests to their rooms
and provide information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.Maintain the lobby and front entrance , ensuring it is clean, organized, and ready to greet new guests.Provide transportation locally
and assist with transportation arrangements.Respond to guest inquiries
and requests with accurate information and efficiency.Collaborate with front desk
and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.Assist in handling guest issues or complaints , pass on information to leadership.RequirementsStrong customer service and communication skills.Desire to be on the move and proactively assist customersPhysical ability to lift and carry heavy luggageProfessional appearance and positive demeanor.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Valid driver's licenseHospitality experience preferred
