Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Bellman to join our team at our hotel in Tampa, FL. The Bellman will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with luggage, and driving the shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport and other local destinations.
Skills and Abilities:Greet guests and assist with luggage upon arrival and departureDrive the shuttle to transport guests to and from the airport and other local destinationsProvide information about the hotel and local area to guestsAssist with guest requests and needsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle and luggage storage areaReport any maintenance or safety issues to managementExperience:Valid driver's license and clean driving recordExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to lift and carry heavy luggageFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysPrior experience as a shuttle driver or bellman preferred
