We're looking for a highly-driven, organized, and personable human resources manager to play an important role on our team. You'll be responsible for the business administration, coordination, and enforcement of our human resources plans and procedures including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
•Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies•Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment•Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training•Make sure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date•Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget
Qualifications
•Hotel HR experience preferred•Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills•3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position•Bachelor's degree in business management, HR management or related major•Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute
