•Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment•Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training•Conduct exit interviews to obtain honest feedback from employees to make improvements to our organizational policies•Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports•Recruit, interview, onboard, and train qualified candidates who would be assets to our organization•Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in business management, HR management or related major•3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position•Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills•Professional certification from the SHRM or similar organization
