Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required3-5 years of experience as an HR manager, upper-level HR generalist, or in a senior position in HR managementCertified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute is preferred but not requiredMust possess a bachelor’s degree in business management, or HR managementExcellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skillsCompensation
