This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales performance, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction across global markets. What you'll doLead and manage the inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase e-commerce sales. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to the sales process. Set sales targets and KPIs for the inside sales team. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve sales goals. Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Implement best practices for e-commerce sales and customer relationship management. Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to track sales activities and outcomes. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape. Collaborating with marketing, IT, and product teams to align e-commerce initiatives Leveraging data analytics to track performance and refine sales strategies. Knowledge of online sales channels and platforms. QualificationsHigh School, Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experienceBonus Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
