We are seeking a driven and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our USA sales team, drive growth strategy, and expand our market reach.Position Summary:The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a national sales strategy, hiring and managing regional sales/business development teams, and driving growth across the USA. This includes overseeing performance, setting up distributors, negotiating terms, and boosting sales across multiple sectors. This role requires a strategic and proactive leader with extensive knowledge of industrial pump solutions and a strong track record in sales leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve growth targets and expand market share across industries like chemical, petrochemical, mining, food processing, and more.Hire, manage, and mentor regional sales and business development teams across the USA, ensuring alignment with Rotech’s growth objectives.Oversee the performance of regional teams, setting clear sales targets, providing support, and ensuring accountability.Identify, onboard, and manage distributor partnerships, negotiating terms to maximize value and ensure consistent sales growth.Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and distributors across various industries, solidifying Rotech’s position as a trusted supplier.Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns, generate leads, and align sales efforts with brand strategies.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, using insights to inform and adjust the sales strategy.Analyze and report on key sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).7-10+ years of sales experience in the industrial pump industry or a related field, with experience in industries.Proven experience in national or regional sales leadership roles, with experience building and managing high-performing sales and business development teams.Strong expertise in distributor management, contract negotiation, and sales growth strategy.In-depth knowledge of industrial pumps, systems, and applications across diverse industries.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Analytical skills to develop strategic plans, interpret data, and drive results.Willingness to travel frequently across the USA.Benefits:
