At Jukebox Health, our mission is to help older adults and disabled individuals thrive in their homes with greater independence. We partner with payers and at-risk providers to make homes safer and more accessible for high need populations. We achieve this by combining technology with networks of clinicians, suppliers, and installers to deliver personalized home modifications nationwide. We are seeking a Head of People to help scale our team and foster a culture that aligns with Jukebox Health's mission and rapid growth trajectory. The Head of People will lead all aspects of our people operations function including recruiting, shaping a high-performance culture, and fostering employee engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to the executive team on all people-related mattersDevelop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needsCreate and oversee comprehensive onboarding and training programsDesign and implement performance management and career development initiativesDevelop and implement scalable HR processes and policies to support our rapid growthChampion and evolve our company culture, ensuring it remains strong as we growEnsure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
Track record of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in recruiting capacityExperience working with PEO and understanding of labor laws/regulations.Prior startup experience in healthcare is a big plusYou have a sixth sense on how to handle delicate conversations and are the kind of person friends seek out for personal adviceStrong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with ability to influence at all levels of the organizationComfortable with technology - we use Salesforce, Slack, G-Suite, and lots of other toolsComfortable with ambiguity - we are solving new problems, and we would love your help!Benefits
