Sr System Testing Analyst - SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Sr System Testing Analyst - Hybrid on-site opportunity.
This role will support IVR ( Interactive Voice response ), Call center integrations and test automation tools like Selenium.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. Required Experience: 7 years of IT experience to include experience developing test plans and/or test matricesResponsible for test plans, test matrices, attending status meetings (in primarily Waterfall environment with some Agile. Hybrid testing model (Both manual and automation testing)Nice to have: WEB, Mobile app testing Agile methodology Tools supporting both Agile & Waterfall (Azure, QC etc.
Responsibilities of the Sr System Testing Analyst:Writing test plans, Developing test matrices, Defects management / reporting , Customer testing coordination, Testing Status and progress and collaborate with team members. Our team supports testing in call center applications, IVR / VRU testing along with Desktop applications supporting CTI (Computer telephony integration).
Work Location: Onsite -Tues, Wed, Thurs and some over time / weekends may be required based on business needs as well in Columbia, SC
