Leveraging an extensive international network, the team provides clients with seamless legal solutions that are innovative and commercially sound, often collaborating on projects with deep regulatory and financial considerations.The RoleThis role involves advising on a range of energy transition and infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating critical agreements, such as offtake, procurement, supply, construction, JV's and associated M&A transactional documents. The successful candidate will work with high-profile clients on pioneering projects, contributing to the development of transformative energy solutions in the United States and abroad.Key Responsibilities:Drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of energy project agreements, including supply, construction, and operational contractsSupporting transactions in areas like CCUS, renewable fuels, and hydrogen projectsProviding strategic advice on regulatory compliance and project financing mattersCollaborating with cross-practice teams on complex cross-border transactionsDeveloping strong client relationships and providing commercially focused guidanceKey RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have

3+ PQE

in energy, projects, construction or corporate M&A (energy transactions). The successful applicant should demonstrate:Strong experience with energy project contracts, particularly in renewable or energy transition sectorsExcellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsA collaborative and proactive approach to client serviceAbility to manage complex, high-stakes transactions and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentA commitment to developing expertise in the energy and infrastructure sectorsCandidates

MUST
