Job Title: Data Collector
Job Description
We are currently sourcing for Data Collectors in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with IKE or similar software to collect data and transport it back to engineering and design teams for distribution line projects.ResponsibilitiesCollect data using IKE or similar software.Transport collected data to engineering and design teams.Perform staking tasks for distribution line projects.Utilize software such as Autocad, Katapult, and GPS for data collection.Conduct field inspections and field data collection for OSP, Joint Use, and Make Ready projects.Essential SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience with IKE or similar software.2+ years of experience performing staking tasks.Experience in distribution design, Autocad, power distribution, and electrical engineering.Proficiency in field data collection, field engineering, and field inspections.Experience with OSP, Joint Use, and Make Ready projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of distribution engineering, design, engineering, and power delivery.Familiarity with generation and delivery processes.Work Environment
The work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM with some flexibility. The role is primarily office-based with remote work options available. Enjoy a stable contract supporting an upcoming phase 2 project involving 25,000 poles. Benefits include holiday time and a supportive work environment.About Actalent
