Their mission is to bridge the technology gap for smaller financial institutions, allowing them to empower customers by leveraging innovative, customer-centric mobile solutions and technology.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive with a proven track record in the fintech industry, particularly in selling to community banks and credit unions. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of sales experience in fintech, ideally with exposure to mobile applications, and is highly skilled in contract negotiations and closing high-value deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue sales opportunities with community banks and credit unions across the USBuild and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within targeted financial institutionsPresent and demonstrate fintech solutions, emphasizing their value in enhancing customer engagement and digital transformationLead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for customers and the companyManage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing, meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targetsProvide market feedback and customer insights to help shape product enhancements and new offeringsCollaborate closely with the broader organization including product owners to refine go-to-market strategiesMaintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting community banks and credit unionsRequirementsSuccessful sales leadership experience, 7-10 years in the fintech industry, with a strong focus on selling to community banks and credit unions in the USProven experience with mobile applications and digital banking solutionsDemonstrated success in building sales strategy through to negotiating and closing complex contracts with senior-level decision-makersDeep understanding of the unique needs and challenges facing community banks and credit unionsWillingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry eventsWhat's in it for the successful candidateGet on a fintech rocketship and be a driver of strategy and growthMake an impact to the FI community with an innovative and unique technologyCollaborative team culture with a focus on innovation and excellenceCompetitive salary and commission structureOpportunities for career growth within a growing startup environmentFlexibility of remote work with travel around the countryIf you’re passionate about helping community banks and credit unions thrive in the digital age and meet the requirements above, we'd love to hear from you!
