Job Description:

As Director of Sales, you will be responsible for driving and implementing the sales strategy at United Infusion. You will lead a team of sales professionals, collaborating with company leadership to ensure the achievement of revenue and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in healthcare sales and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams. This role demands a strategic leader with excellent relationship-building skills and the capability to foster long-term partnerships with key clients, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.

Sanford, NC (Remote candidates will be considered for the right fit.)

What you will do in this role:

Sales Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across existing and new markets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Market Development & Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital systems, physicians, payers, and other key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and work to expand United Infusion's footprint in existing and new regions.

Team Management & Training:

Manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support. Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and results. Ensure ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities.

Revenue Growth:

Drive consistent revenue growth by targeting high-potential accounts and markets. Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring favorable terms for the company while meeting client needs.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize sales efforts.

Collaboration & Alignment:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure alignment on company goals and objectives. Act as the primary liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

What you will need for this role:

7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven Track Record of driving sales growth, managing high-performance teams, and building long-term relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and industry partners.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including infusion therapy services, reimbursement models, and regulations.

Ability to analyze sales data and use insights to drive performance improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
