Description

EVALUATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in running general reports and dashboards that inform program work and increase the socialization of EOI. Responsible for providing accurate and timely program statistics according to agency, BBBSA and American Camp Association (ACA) standards. Provide data reports through charts, graphs and narrative summaries. Perform regular compliance activities as part of broader Impact and continuous improvement strategies, including: background check re-runs, file reviews, collecting, checking for accuracy and scanning required forms per grant requirements. Responsible for running monthly reports as well as ad hoc requests for grants: Monthly grant needs, Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual requests, Scorecard and Hub needs

PROGRAMMATIC & ENGAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate across teams and departments to provide quality customer service, communication, and support. Be a part of the support team to conduct volunteer interviews and assess potential volunteers during peak enrollment times. Support program team in survey competition and/or focus groups when appropriate. Manage upload of data to DESSA

SYSTEMS BASED RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for creating accounts in systems as part of employee onboarding i.e. TLE, MF. Acts as AMS administrator. Support Senior Match Impact Manager on: Revisions to FormAssembly, Updates to MatchForce reports/dashboards as well as the development of new ones as warranted, Development, dissemination and evaluation of surveys to assess the voice of the customer (stakeholders, Bigs, Littles, Parent/Guardians, community partners, etc.)

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with special initiatives or projects as assigned by the Vice President of Outcomes & Innovation as well as the Senior Match Impact Manager, which may involve research, analysis, and coordination with various agency departments (i.e. Camp, Mission & Engagement, Program).

Collaborate with Mission & Engagement, Program and Camp teams to ensure administrative services are effective, customer-focused, and efficient.

Research, identify, and manage local resources to support EOI efforts with families across programmatic impact areas.

Requirements

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 experience in data analysis and management of internal information systems, including reporting tools and systems.

Experience with data visualization and interpretation

Experience in quantitative and qualitative analytics

Knowledge in youth development preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively communicate and work with diverse groups (culture, socio-economic) and individuals.

Highly proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.

High level of efficiency and organization, ability to handle multiple tasks as well as deadlines with minimal supervision.
