We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst to support and optimize our ERP system operations, specifically Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and address system-related challenges.
*Responsibilities** Investigate and resolve user issues within Oracle E-Business Suite, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.* Coordinate with Oracle Support, including managing service requests (SRs), overseeing resolution processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.* Design and develop user-specific reports to enhance data accessibility and insights.* Collaborate with external resources, including consultants and database administrators (DBAs), to facilitate the integration of new products and solutions into the ERP production environment.
*Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.* 4+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, with a focus on financial modules such as OM, AR, PO, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, and Projects.* Skilled in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programming with a strong technical foundation.* Experience working with Oracle tools such as Oracle Reports, Forms Developer, XML Publisher, and Workflow Builder is advantageous.* Comprehensive knowledge of standard business operations and workflows.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate productive collaboration with users and colleagues.
