Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Assembler to join our small team specializing in patrol power assembly. This role involves the assembly of racks and fuse panels using basic hand tools and following directions. The position is physically demanding, involving pulling lengths of wire and lifting wire spools, but it is not overly strenuous.
Responsibilities
Assemble racks and fuse panels using basic hand tools.
Follow detailed instructions to complete assembly tasks.
Pull lengths of wire and lift wire spools as needed.
Read and interpret assembly drawings and wiring diagrams.
Work collaboratively with a small team of 3-4 people.
Essential Skills
Proficiency with hand tools.
Ability to lift and handle wire spools.
Mechanically inclined and able to follow directions.
Basic understanding of wiring and assembly processes.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude and quick learning ability.
Computer literacy.
Good communication skills and potential for management.
Desire to grow with the company and take on more responsibilities.
