Responsibilities
Conduct daily one-on-one client status meetings with each ASM to identify potential service issuesMonitor automotive repair and maintenance to prevent operational delaysWork with the service director to set departmental objectivesRecruit, interview, and train service staffStaff technical teams relative to production requirementsMaintain daily sales and production records as prescribed by managementReview and evaluate service sales performanceRemain current on new products and changes to existing productsMaintain department finances within parameters established by managementAssure proper repair-order flow to maximize productivityMonitor all warranty activity to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresConduct performance evaluationsConduct weekly department meetings and attend weekly manager meetingsExcellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employeesAbility to effectively manage time and to meet and exceed targetsQualifications
High School graduation or equivalentTwo years of experience in an auto repair facility, dealership experience preferred.One year of supervisory experienceExcellent leadership skillsAbility to effectively manage time and to meet and exceed targetsStrong leadership and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsOutgoing, and positive attitudeAbility to collaborate with other dealership personnelMust have a valid, unrestricted driver's licenseAbility to drive manual transmission vehiclesThe successful candidate will be required to successfully complete a background check, drug screen, and driving records check.
In accordance with RCW 49.44.240 this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.
