Miami, FL , who is actively searching for an experienced
Incoming Quality Inspector
to work
onsite
for an opportunity paying up to $24/hour
based on experience . This role is vital for inspecting and ensuring the quality of incoming materials and components used in both civil and defense aviation operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environments and possess at least one year of quality inspection experience.

Requirements of the Incoming Quality Inspector:•1+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably within an MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) environment.•High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education is a plus.•Familiarity with aerospace quality standards, including AS9100 and ISO 9001.•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.•Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.•Proficiency in using inspection tools and software.•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.•Experience in both civil and defense aviation sectors is a plus.
Responsibilities of the Incoming Quality Inspector:•Conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials and components to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.•Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine inspection requirements.•Document inspection findings and collaborate with engineering and production teams to address any quality issues.•Ensure that all inspected materials meet the rigorous standards required for both civil and defense aviation applications.•Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and results, ensuring compliance with aerospace quality standards.•Provide recommendations for improving processes and product quality based on inspection findings.•Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and eliminating waste in the inspection process.
