Senior HCM IS Systems Analyst
(This is a hybrid position and will require some on-site work in Indianapolis, Indiana)
The
Senior
HCM Systems Analyst
role will support our suite of HR applications, build in the cloud, that are designed to improve the employee experience. This role will focus on supporting HR stakeholders and Leadership with the following software technology: Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG Pro Time and Attendance, HR Acuity, as well as Career Sites and Background Check vendors. This role will be accountable for documenting business requirements, testing, system configuration, data staging, researching system enhancements, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. The analyst will support the full HR lifecycle covering our solutions to hire, onboard, compensation planning, talent management, learning, succession planning, and workforce planning systems that support our HR and organizational strategic initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements. Acts as strategic business partner to identify, assess and interpret customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision. Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems. Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of ERP applications. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective. STRONGLY PREFERRED:
Prior HCM or WFM experience Organization, documentation experience Experience troubleshooting system issues. Excellent verbal, written interpersonal communication skills Excellent customer service, ability to work directly with end users (i.e., team members, leaders) REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution. Requires 5-7 years of experience in one or both of the following areas: Experience in various business areas and applications (package and custom). Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications. Requires experience with professional software. Requires project management skills. Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions. Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans. About Us
