We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our growing team and ensure a people-first approach across all HR functions.Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist who is a true "jack of all trades" within the HR domain. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution in all areas of HR. You will be responsible for managing and executing on various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess HR credentials (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) and bring a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to support our team and culture as we grow.Key Responsibilities:Employee Relations:
Serve as the go-to person for employee inquiries, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment. Address concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster effective communication.Recruiting & Onboarding:
Partner with managers to understand hiring needs, coordinate recruitment efforts, conduct interviews, and manage onboarding for new hires to ensure a seamless transition.Performance Management:
Oversee and implement performance management practices, including goal-setting, feedback processes, and annual reviews.Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, open enrollment processes, and any questions related to employee benefits.Policy Development & Compliance:
Develop, update, and enforce company policies, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.Learning & Development:
Identify and implement training opportunities to enhance skills and career growth across the organization.HR Analytics & Reporting:
Use HR metrics to provide insights on employee engagement, turnover, and other key areas to inform company strategy.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) required.3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity, with experience across multiple HR functions.Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism.Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
