Manage public events in Regent University's Performing Arts Center including theatre season productions, VIP receptions, and other venue eventsResolve patron complaints or issues arising during eventsTrain volunteer ushersEnforce university policies and proceduresCoordinate with box office and other theatre staffWrite reports after each eventRespond to emergencies during eventRequirements:
Customer service experienceStrong organizational and communication skills with a professional demeanorKnowledge of performing arts and CPR/First Aid certification preferredEvening and weekend abilityCommitment to Regent's core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity
