Responsibilities:

Provide software, hardware, and systems support to Regent University faculty, staff, and students by responding to support calls, voice messages, and e-mail directed to the Help DeskManage and track issues using the IT ticketing systemEscalate support incidents to the appropriate IT staff group when necessaryAnswer phone calls and e-mails in a professional, courteous mannerWork closely with other IT Departments to resolve issues effectivelyRequirements:

Must be a Regent University studentDependable and promptStrong customer service skills and a desire to help othersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to problem solveProficiency with Window operating systems, Microsoft Office, and web browser technologyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsCommitment to Regent's core values of Excellence, Innovation, and Integrity
