Full-TimeFunnelpot is a fast-growing digital marketing agency located in Fulton Market, Chicago. Our team is committed to delivering innovative and effective marketing strategies for clients across diverse industries.As we expand, were looking for an organized, proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO and help streamline our daily operations, social media efforts, and intern management.Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media content across all platforms. Ensure consistency in brand voice, manage post schedules, and analyze performance metrics.Operational Support:
Oversee day-to-day administrative duties, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient workflow across teams.Recruitment Support:
Assist in hiring processes, from posting job listings to setting up interviews.Intern Management:
Manage and guide a team of interns, providing direction on social media tasks, digital marketing projects, and overall best practices.CEO Collaboration:
Work closely with the CEO to assist with digital marketing strategies and supporting project execution.Weekly Agenda & Documentation:
Maintain weekly agendas for the CEO, circulate meeting notes, and track action items to ensure accountability.Client Contract Management:
Handle client contracts, utilizing DocuSign for efficient and secure processing.Monthly Performance Tracking:
