Who You Are As the Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager at CAC, you are a driven and analytical professional who excels in translating complex data into actionable insights. You are passionate about workforce effectiveness, process improvements, and fostering data-driven decision-making across departments. Your ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders makes you a key player in supporting CAC's mission through accurate and efficient data management and reporting.

What You'll Do Data Governance : Design, implement, and maintain data governance protocols, including documentation, business rules, controls, and data ownership practices to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization's data systems. Workforce Effectiveness Initiatives : Lead initiatives focused on workforce effectiveness by working directly with department leaders to support change management and continuous improvement efforts. Performance Dashboards and KPIs : Champion the development and maintenance of performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics. Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with internal and external stakeholders, including the CAC-HC Board, to monitor productivity, outputs, outcomes, and operational efficiency. Business Process Review : Coordinate and facilitate business process review meetings to gather feedback, provide insights, and suggest areas for improvement in departmental performance. Ad-Hoc Reporting : Develop custom reports that meet specific departmental requirements, translating complex data sets into actionable insights. Data Analysis : Perform detailed data-backed performance analysis and reporting to identify improvement opportunities, working with key stakeholders to implement these enhancements. Project Management : Serve as a project manager on initiatives related to source data systems integration and analytics packages, working closely with IT and business leads to ensure smooth implementation and utilization. Analytical Model Development : Develop and utilize analytical models to support process efficiencies across all departments within CAC. Strategy Support : Provide data and analytical support for the organization's strategic planning efforts, helping shape future goals and initiatives based on data insights. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Management, Engineering, or a related analytical field. 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, process planning, and reporting. Strong understanding of data management and business intelligence tools, including Excel and SQL. Experience with CAP60, Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Quick Base is highly desirable. Proven ability to conduct business process analysis and manage change effectively. Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to manage and lead a detail-oriented team of analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines. Exceptional problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Understanding of information privacy concepts and experience with financial services technology and processes. What We Offer
