website .JOB SUMMARY:This is a Return Resolution Specialist - Revenue Specialist III position in the General Tax Administration Program, Return Reconciliation Process, Taxpayer Account Management Section. The incumbent corresponds with Department personnel and external customers to obtain information to resolve discrepancies on tax returns, initiates corrections to accounting records, corrects discrepancies identified during account analysis, and logically applies tax knowledge.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.One year of experience performing tasks associated with researching, reviewing, and correcting returns, and making corrections within account balance with the Florida Department of Revenue.SPECIAL NOTES:The required work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.This position is eligible for telework and flexible scheduling after completion of the required training and reaching an acceptable level of proficiency.SALARY:The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $3,516.65 monthly/$42,199.80 annually.BENEFITS:Benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance, life insurance, tuition waivers, paid sick and personal leave, paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, retirement savings, and vision and dental insurance.SCREENING DISCLAIMER:
