We are seeking an experienced

IT Systems Administrator

with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong

System Administration skills , including proficiency in

command line tooling, Windows Active Directory, and PowerShell , and extensive knowledge of

Office 365 administration . This role also requires administration-level expertise with

Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Management) ,

Abnormal Email Security , and

CrowdStrike

for enhanced security management. The successful candidate will be comfortable providing support in both

Mac and Windows environments

and handling responsibilities related to

user management, licensing, and security configurations

within Office 365. Exceptional written communication skills are essential for documenting issues and effectively communicating resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup/Configure/Decommission laptops

- Windows & Mac for new employees joining/exiting the company

Provide

technical support to end-users

for both hardware and software issues related to Mac and Windows environments

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with

Microsoft Office applications , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Administer and manage Office 365 platform , including user management, licensing, and security configurations

Maintain and troubleshoot both

on-prem Active Directory

and

Azure Active Directory environments

Utilize

command line and PowerShell

for systems management and task automation

Administer and support

Atlassian tools

such as Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management at an advanced level

Manage email security

through Abnormal Email Security platform, providing administration-level support and troubleshooting

Configure and manage

CrowdStrike

for endpoint security, ensuring comprehensive protection across systems

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain

network cabling infrastructure

Configure and support

wireless networking technologies

Respond to

on-call duties and pager alerts

promptly and effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience

in a Helpdesk, IT Support, or System Administration role

Proficiency in supporting

Mac and Windows operating systems

Strong understanding of

command line, Active Directory, PowerShell , and

Office 365 administration

Experience administering Office 365 environment, including user management and security configurations

Administration-level experience with

Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira, Jira Service Management)

Proficiency in

Abnormal Email Security

and

CrowdStrike administration

for security management

Familiarity with

email systems and troubleshooting email-related issues

Thorough understanding of

Active Directory

and

Azure Active Directory administration

Knowledge of

SSO/SAML

configuration and operation

Proficiency in

network cabling and wireless networking technologies

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

for documenting issues and resolutions

Willingness to participate in

on-call rotation and pager support

Strong

troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to

work under pressure

and handle critical situations with composure

Strong

organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 40 lbs

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus

Experience with

SIP-based communication systems

is a plus

Experience in

AWS, GCP, or Azure

environments is a plus

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
