Job Description

Searching for an outstanding Support Engineer Technical Lead to join our Information Technology team providing technical support for an active trading environment. This position will have a hands-on role in engineering, deploying, and sustaining the systems and applications directly utilized by our end-users working closely with employees to support their technology needs. Collaboration and mentorship of driven technology professionals will be necessary to deliver solutions built primarily on Microsoft technologies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Sciences.6+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure exposure supporting end user systems in an enterprise environment2+ years engineering and implementing end user systems in an enterprise environmentAdministration level knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Operating SystemsInstall, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management toolsExperience managing projects including milestones and target completion datesKnowledge of desktop and server hardware, including performance optimizationFamiliarity with MDM/MAM solutionsFundamental knowledge of IP networking, routing, and system securityStrong exposure to utilizing PowerShell in management of systemsProficiency in VOIP and SIP video conferencing technologiesExcellent written and verbal communications skills and strong customer service experienceInsatiable level of technical curiosityAvailability for night and weekend on-call work as well as light travelMust be physically able to lift and carry computers and other related equipment of up to 50 lbs.Beneficial Skills and Interests
