Critical Leadership Role: As a key member of the communications leadership team, play a strategic role in shaping how we communicate across the organization, influencing not just communication but also how we build and maintain a strong, connected company culture.Executive Strategy & Support: Partner closely with our executive leadership team to shape internal messaging strategies that drive company-wide initiatives. Help them get their message across loud and clear—whether it’s exciting new strategies, big changes, stakeholder presentations, or company milestones.Voice of the Employees: Serve as the champion for our employees, ensuring their voices are heard at the leadership level. Keep a pulse on employee sentiment and make sure leadership addresses their needs through thoughtful and transparent communication.Tailor the Message: Work with leaders across the organization to ensure communications are customized for each business unit while staying on-brand with the company voice.Be the Voice of Engagement: Come up with cool and creative ways to keep employees engaged and connected to our mission through town halls, video updates, and digital platforms.Change Management: Spearhead communications during company changes so employees feel informed, empowered, and ready to roll with the punches.Collaborate: Partner up with HR, DE&I, and business leaders to align messaging and create a consistent employee experience.Measure the Impact: Implement tools to track how your communication strategies are working and tweak them to make sure they hit the mark.What You Bring
Experience: 7+ years of internal communications experience, ideally in a big company. You know how to handle complex communications for a large, diverse workforce.Skills:Top-notch writing and storytelling skills.Ability to target and personalize messaging – even when your audience is more than 12k people.Experience working with a variety of communication platforms, and have proven experience staying on top of communication trends.You’re not afraid to be creative and think outside the box.Strong leadership chops—you’ll be leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across the org.Comfortable managing communications in a matrixed environment where different teams have different needs.Bonus Points If
